  There was an abnormal amount of play with my rear wheel, as it was under warranty I took it into this store. Five days later they got around to looking at it. After the first ride I noticed there was a grinding noise coming from the rear wheel. Took it to an independant shop where I was informed that the cones had been tightened up but they were only finger tight and were about to come loose again. Also the free hub was full of grit. Basically the bare minimum was done just about, but it was about to all come loose again. Spoke to the manager of the store who was completely un interested, using the words ' what do you want us to do?'. The only positive was that Evans customer services pais for the work to be done independantly at my local shop. Otherwise this would have cost £60 to rectify. I agree with one of the previous reviews regarding the attitudes of some staff here, although some are helpful, there are others who act as though its beneath them to speak to you. In the future I will never purchase anything from this company or risk anymore shoddy work being done on my bike

  The shop itself is great selling quality goods the problems with certaun staff and there patronising ways, I bought some mavic wheels tubeless tyres brake discs spent a fortune and got treated appalling, my experience was ruined by certain individuals, won't be going again I'll be going cycle centre congleton it's more welcoming

  Says you're delivery will be the next day and happily it is the next day all fresh clean and new, I also like the diy videos it does on Google, my only problem is its very pricey for them on a tight budget.
