I have to say the Chestergate Bistro is phenomenal and the best eating experience I have had in a long time. The menu is balanced, each course surpassed expectations, the staff knowledgeable of the dishes, the ingredients and their source. The house wine complimented the meal and the value of the whole meal is superb. I understand the owner is the chef. Well hats off to him for his great talent not only in the kitchen, but for the entire ambiance and recruiting great staff. Bravo! I'm coming back each time I am up in Cheshire which, I am hoping will be more often now :)
