The coaches are really supportive and challenge you to push yourself, but without any pressure or risk to yourself. I lost 22lb in 8 weeks and am still going and losing. I look forward even to the 6am sessions and have started to even regard myself as an active person which I never have done before. It's suitable for everyone and there's a diverse mix of backgrounds, shapes and sizes that all attend and love it too.

The workouts have been varied throughout and always offer an element of competition (but only against yourself). Having completed my Challenge I find myself back at the Academy and still enjoy the sessions. I continue to leave them feeling more positive and motivated than when I arrive!! Try it for yourself and see!
